When you call for your appointment with our dentists, Dr. Sid Johnson, Dr. Malori Mills and associates, be sure to ask about joining our VIP plan. With our plan, there are no waiting periods, maximums or excluded procedures. For one low price, you can achieve the smile you have always wanted without breaking your budget.

Membership Fees

• Adult (Age 13 and over) — $250/year
• Child (Age 12 and under) — $200/year

• 2 FREE routine cleanings/year (deep cleaning at discounted rate below)
• 2 FREE fluoride applicants/year (regardless of age)
• 2 FREE exams/year
• 2 FREE oral cancer screenings/year (visual exam by doctor during exam)
• FREE yearly periodontal screening and examination (full charting and evaluation by hygienist and doctor, age appropriate)
• FREE bitewing X-rays as prescribed by the doctor (minimum yearly)
• FREE panoramic X-rays yearly as needed
• 20% discount on all other treatment provided by our office (10% discount if using CareCredit or LendingClub®)
