We are pleased to invite all 2026 graduating seniors to submit an essay for a $1,000 scholarship to be used to aid in post high school educational expenses. One award will be given to a senior from Newcastle, Tuttle, Bridge Creek, Blanchard, and Mustang High Schools. The winning essay will be chosen by a scholarship committee. If a tiebreaker is needed, extracurricular activity participation and community service will be evaluated.

CRITERIA TO APPLY:
 The student must attend one of the above schools and be in good academic standing.
 The student must complete this google form by MARCH 31, 2026.
 The student does not have to be a patient of Contemporary Family Dentistry.
 The student cannot be an immediate family member of any Contemporary Family Dentistry
employee.
***The deadline to submit the completed application is MARCH 31, 2026. Any applications received after the deadline will not be considered. CFD will award one, $1,000 scholarship to a senior Newcastle student. CFD will inform the school/parents of the winners and set up a time for presentation before the completion of the academic year. The winning student and/or their legal guardian will need to sign a media release. ***
